Property building in Ibis Darwin Airport Hotel

Conveniently located near the airport, and only stayed for one night. The restaurant and cafe were conveniently located to serve the three motels that share these eating facilities, offering excellent service and amazing food.

Please note: this is the Novotel airport hotel that is looking after ibis guests while ibis undergoes renovations. I don’t realise this at the time trying to find the ibis but Novotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome. And the 24 hour shuttle service is outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ibis Darwin Airport – it felt more like a tropical resort than a typical airport hotel. The lush surroundings and lovely pool created a relaxing atmosphere, perfect after a long flight. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the inclusion of breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome bonus. A great stay for convenience without compromising on comfort.

Very clean, great atmosphere, and perfect location for late-night arrivals — so close to the airport. The natural surroundings were stunning, and the service was excellent. I also really appreciated their flexibility with the check-out time — it worked perfectly for me. The only downside was the lack of a hairdryer.

Lounge or bar in Ibis Darwin Airport Hotel

The staff were excellent. A floght delay meant a very, very late check in and the staffe ensured that I was driven by a staff member in a mini bus to my room in a very far flung section of a very large complex. As an older person, just turned 75, they helped me with my luggage even though it wasn't all that heavy. I really appreciated that extra effort.
